Diagnostic tools and software or reprogramming
1. SDX Diagnostic Tool (available up to the Ferrari 430 Scuderia model)
You can purchase the "SDX" Diagnosis System diagnostic tool to perform electronic diagnostics on all car models (with diagnostic system) up to the Ferrari 430 Scuderia.

2. DEIS-Light software (available from the Ferrari 599 GTB FIORANO model onwards)
The software, available under license, can also be used both to reprogram control units to make them compliant with ISO 22900 (EU) and SAE J2534 (USA) standards, and to perform first-level diagnoses.

Note: ONLY for EU Countries participating in the "Security-Related Vehicle Maintenance Information" (SERMI) scheme
In European countries participating in SERMI, independent operators and their employees who intend to apply for this license must be approved and authorized by certified bodies as required by Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1244. Only after obtaining SERMI certification can they proceed with the software license application by following the instructions in the section below, "Procedure for applying for a software license".

3. Procedure for requesting a DEIS-Light software license
To request a license for the DEIS-Light software:
1. You must send an email requesting the license agreement to the following email address:satservice@ferrari.com
Please enter the following wording "Deis-light license agreement request" as the subject of your email.
2. After receiving a copy of the contract, the applicant must fill in the document in all its parts, sign it and send it back to the email address satservice@ferrari.com
Please attach a copy of the bank transfer to the contract to prove payment. The amount of the transfer varies depending on the type of access requested. The bank details for the transfer are provided in the contract.
3. After submitting the contract and arranging payment, the applicant will be required to complete a specific form, which must be sent to the following email address:satservice@ferrari.com
4. The applicant will then receive a security key that will allow them to download the DEIS-Light software online. Please note that the necessary VCI interfaces are available at all Ferrari Authorized Network locations.
