Registration
To register in the Technical Service Information website you need to operate in the automotive repair sector (directly or indirectly).
The “Registration” function can be accessed directly on the side bar at the top right in the main screen.

Data maintenance
In this section you can edit your user data, e-mail address and phone number included. You can also edit the address of your business. Finally, you can also edit your user profile by changing the business type.
To access the “User data maintenance” you need to:
- I. Register.
- II. Log in, entering the username you received by e-mail and the password you chose.
- III. Select the “My account” option in the side bar.

Login
In this section you can log in, only if you have registered already in the site. You can also ask for your credentials if you have forgotten them. To retrieve your credentials, enter E-mail address associated with your profile. In this case, you will receive a message containing the username associated with the e-mail address.
Payment
If you have already registered in the website, in this section you can purchase subscription for min. 1 days for accessing the repair and service information. Finally, you can purchase software packages to be used with a VCI ISO22900 for updating ECUs.
The “Payment” function can be accessed directly from the main menu under the option Purchase. If the function is selected before the login, the user is prompted to log in to continue.
Vehicle identification
Browsing this function can be accessed, only if you have purchased already a subscription for min. 1 day.
In this section you can set the filter for your information search:
- Through VIN
- Through product specification
The function can be accessed on the main screen of the Technical Service Documentation.

Through VIN
In this section you can enter the VIN of a vehicle and get the list of its associated specifications.
The function can be accessed on the main page of the Technical Service Information.
The function can be accessed on the bar at the top right in the main screen.

- Select Documentation.
- Select “Online Documentation”.
- Enter the VIN inside the box.
Enter the VIN in the appropriate field, this function is particularly useful for consulting spare parts catalogues more effectively

As alternative you can chose the model and version of the interested. The function can be accessed on the main page of the Technical Service Information.
The function can be accessed on the bar at the top right in the main screen.
- Log in, entering the username you received by e-mail and the password you chose.
- Select Documentation.
- Select “Online Documentation”.
- Select the model and version inside the box and press “GO”
Selection modes
Browsing these functions can be accessed, only if you have already purchased a subscription for a minimum of 1 day.
In this section you can select the mode for your information search:
- Type, to restrict your search to a few information types.
- Term, to restrict the search to a single vehicle part.
- Structure, to browse the documentation structure and search for the information you are interested in.
- Code, to search directly for a specific document.

In this section, the symptom encountered on a vehicle may be entered to search for and view the suggested solutions, which include direct links to the Workshop Manual and Electrical System section. Alternatively, the user may enter a known DTC to view the ECUs involved in the problem, or view a list of all the DTCs possible for a given ECU.
Select to display a list of symptoms, the conditions in which they occur and the DTC codes identified by the diagnostic system.
After selecting a row in the list, the corresponding table of causes, checks and remedies may be accessed, which also includes direct links to the Workshop Manual and, where applicable, to the Electrical System section
